Returns Policy

At Paraco, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returning or exchanging is easy— Please use the contact form and ask for a refund. 

Please Note:
For items purchased during our Sale, Paraco does not offer refunds. Sale items can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or redeemed for store credit.


Return Conditions

Return Period
You have a 14-day window to return your order, starting from the day you receive your package. You are not required to provide a reason for the return. Please ensure your return is dispatched back to us within these 14 days.

Return Requirements
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a resaleable condition. The original tag must be attached or the return cannot be accepted.


Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and may vary depending on the courier and your location.


How Long Does an Exchange Take?

If you opt for an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.


What If the Exchange Item is No Longer Available?

If your chosen exchange item is unavailable, please contact our customer service team for alternative options. We will update you on the expected restock date. If your return has already been registered and the item is sold out, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.


Where Can I Find My Order Number?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This will be a four-digit code. If you cannot locate this email, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.


What Should I Do if I Receive a Faulty or Damaged Item?

We apologise if an item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us at customerservice@paraco.co.uk with a photo of the damaged product, and our customer service team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


What If I Want to Return My Order Outside the Return Period?

Please ensure your return is sent within the 14-day return period. If you miss this deadline, we may still offer an exchange or a store credit voucher. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.


How Long Does a Refund Take?

We aim to process returns promptly. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track your return via the tracking information provided with your return shipment. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
